Very good condition.....pre-owned and carefully stored....vintage early 20th century....Art Deco Flapper era.....seed bead accessory in beautiful condition.....seed beads seem to be totally intact, twisted cord ties with no issues, the tassels are a bit frazzled as in they do not lie nicely flat.....as if they have the frizzies.....otherwise one beautiful piece of  Art Deco flapper style and era costuming. Headband Seed Bead ART DECO Flapper Necklace Belt Vintage Black Silver Gold Pot Plant Leaf Design
This is a great find - a very cool and unique early vintage Art Deco head band / hair band / necklace / waist cinch belt with multi-strand black seed beads outlined with silver and gold seed bead wired rope borders with a double leaf design in the center front.
A hard-to-find addition to your  flapper 1920's era  accessories or vintage  Art Deco collection.
Front side is a solid design of seed beads....totally covered with black, silver, and gold seed beads....black beads for the background, gold and silver seed beads around the edge and patterned in the center with two six leafed flowers.
Back side is lined with black satin.  I can see the hand stitching and it certainly looks as if this is a handmade piece.
The decorated piece is about 15-1/2" long and about 3" wide at the widest point and 1-1/2" wide at the ends.
The cotton cords with tassels on the ends measure abut 22" each.
The whole piece measures just under 60" long.
