Antique 1921 Gold Filled LU BC Eagle Worchester Mass Charm Medal Lithuanian RM

Dated 1921 on the back.  I believe the writing is in Lithuanian.  Measures 1 3/8" x 7/8".  Please study the photos and ask any questions.
Presented for auction is this Antique Victorian Beautiful Fancy Art Nouveau Belt Buckle.  This Buckle has amazing detail with Raised flowers.  The detail and quality is totally amazing.  I believe this is Brass, but it could be Gold Plated, as I am not positive.  This Buckle also has a Maker's Name on the Back that is FN & CO.  I believe this is Fishel Nessler.  This Buckle measures 3 1/4" x 1 1/2" and it is in overall excellent vintage condition.  Thanks for looking.
